摘要:
钝性脾损伤(BSI)是腹部闭合创伤中最常见的损伤脏器之一。随着医学技术及理念的不断更新、发展,BSI的诊断及诊治观念也在不断发生着变化。BSI由手术治疗向非手术治疗(NOM)转变,从而使脾及脾的免疫功能得到保留,减少脾切除后的并发症,使患者从NOM中获益。现将BSI诊治的研究进展做一综述。
