摘要:
周围神经损伤(PNI)治疗仍然是目前临床外科面临的复杂挑战。本文从PNI发生率、分类、周围神经再生、周围神经外科修复、PNI临床修复效果几个方面,总结了近年来的基础研究和临床应用结果,并指出周围神经火器伤比周围神经普通创伤的修复难度更大,临床修复效果也更差。
