关于创伤脓毒症免疫调理策略的思考

- 目的有关创伤与免疫的研究始于1970年，经历了现象描述的起始阶段，创伤免疫抑制及其机制的初级阶段，创伤后免疫功能紊乱的发展阶段，以及当前的创伤后免疫调理防治脓毒症的第四阶段。对于脓毒症的免疫调理策略应把握“堵”、“疏”兼顾的原则，既对脓毒反应的启动采取拮抗的防治措施，又着眼于提高机体抵抗力，特别是提高机体的应激反应能力；早期以“堵”为主，晚期以“疏”为主，同时注重动态调整机体最佳的应激反应状态。
