- 股骨转子间骨折是临床上常见的骨折类型,尤其多见于骨质疏松的老年女性患者。股骨转子间骨折具有较高的致残率和致死率,严重威胁了老年患者的生命健康。流行病学调查表明,转子间骨折的临床发病率呈逐步上升。目前临床上对转子间骨折的治疗方法以手术治疗为主,可选方式包括髓外固定、髓内固定和关节置换术。各种治疗方式优缺点各异,治疗效果也不尽相同。本文主要阐述了股骨转子间骨折的治疗现状,为临床有效治疗股骨转子间骨折提供一定的理论依据。
