摘要:
近年来,我国四肢损伤呈现为高能量、高暴力损伤与高龄体弱的低能量骨折同步增多的现象。随着医学技术整体的进步,四肢损伤的救治也取得很大发展。本文从基础研究、损害控制理论、致伤机制的分析、新型内植物的研制、微创技术、计算机辅助治疗、加速康复外科等方面对目前我国四肢损伤治疗的现状和进展进行阐述。
