摘要:
【摘要】创伤性凝血病是严重创伤诱发的机体凝血功能障碍,其增加创伤后出血救治难度和创伤后死亡率。依据创伤后临床表现,结合相关凝血功能指标、血栓弹力图等实验结果有助于早期诊断创伤性凝血病。采取有效止血、损害控制性策略、恢复机体内环境和合理补充血制品等综合性措施,将有利于创伤性凝血病的防治和改善创伤预后。
