多层螺旋CT多平面成像对创伤性膈肌破裂的研究

- 【摘要】对78例经手术证实创伤性膈肌破裂(TDR)患者病例的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)图像行盲法回顾分析，全部病例均行剖腹术，将诊断结果与手术发现进行比较，计算出诊断膈肌破裂的敏感度、特异度及准确度。膈肌局部中断缺损、膈疝形成及"束腰征"是比较可靠的征象。MSCT 多平面成像诊断TDR的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为80.9%、86.6%、82%，认为MSCT多平面成像对诊断创伤性膈肌破裂具有非常重要的作用，对于一些特异性征象，应该很好掌握，在诊断中还需要保持高度的警惕性，才能提高膈肌破裂的检出率。
