- 【摘要】目的 探讨鼻眶筛(NOE)骨折导致的鼻泪管阻塞行鼻内镜下手术治疗的体会。方法 回顾性分析第三军医大学大坪医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科2008年6月~2012年6月收治的25例（27眼）NOE骨折导致的鼻泪管阻塞患者的临床资料及随访结果。对NOE骨折合并鼻泪管阻塞的患者行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术，并同期对鼻中隔偏曲、鼻腔黏连等病变行手术治疗。结果 术后随访6~12个月，本组25例（27眼）中，21例（23眼）治愈，3例（3眼）好转，1例（1眼）无效，手术治愈率85.2%（23/27眼），有效率96.3%（26/27眼）。结论 应当重视NOE骨折导致的鼻泪管阻塞，经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造口术治疗的效果满意。
