- 【摘要】 目的 总结应用覆膜支架治疗创伤性颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤的临床经验，包括适应证、安全性、有效性和手术技巧。方法 回顾性分析2005年1月~2011年12月应用覆膜支架治疗的17例颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤患者的临床资料，包括年龄、部位、大小、临床症状和预后等。结果 所有患者均成功置入覆膜支架，术后造影显示动脉瘤闭塞，供血动脉通畅。随访患者均无缺血。结论 覆膜支架是治疗颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤安全有效的治疗手段，可作为颅外段颈动脉创伤性动脉瘤的的一线治疗方法。
