- 【摘要】〓〖HTSS〗创伤性肺假性囊肿是胸外伤中一种少见的空洞性肺损伤的特殊类型，可见于钝性胸外伤及穿刺性肺损伤，发病机制较为复杂，多见于年轻伤者。创伤性肺假性囊肿多可自愈，仅部分需外科治疗。本文对其发病机制、临床表现、诊断、并发症、治疗及其预后进行综述。
