- 颅脑爆炸伤为战时和平时常见创伤，伤员死亡率高，救治难度大，存活伤员常有不同程度的神经功能障碍。笔者在回顾近年来国内外有关颅脑爆炸伤研究的基础上，介绍颅脑爆炸伤机制、分类和病理特点，强调为提高颅脑爆炸伤救治水平，在诊治中应及时评定损伤等级，合理选择影像学检查，正确实施降低颅压和清创等措施。
