摘要:
如何有效治疗开放性骨损伤，一直是骨科领域长期致力解决的难题。目前对开放性骨损伤的治疗原则是：（1）正确判断损伤类型；（2）伤口尽早彻底清创冲洗；（3）合理有效的抗生素应用；（4）骨损伤适时正确固定和植骨修复；（5）伤口适时正确关闭。对上述原则新内涵的重新认识、深刻理解、严格遵循是确保开放性骨损伤得到正确处理、获得理想疗效的关键。
