- 胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折 相胜利，张勇，曾凡营，戴庆丰，王群【摘要】目的探讨应用关节镜辅助下经皮螺丝钉固定治疗胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折。方法2006年2月~2009年8月收治胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折22例，年龄28~73岁，平均57岁，均采用关节镜辅助下经皮复位植骨治疗，术后早期功能锻炼。结果术后随访6~18个月，骨折平均愈合时间12~23周，平均16周。优13例，良6例，中1例，差1例；优良率90%，均无并发症出现。结论关节镜辅助下经皮螺丝钉固定治疗胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折，可以有效预防胫骨近端关节面塌陷，治疗胫骨平台Ⅲ型骨折临床疗效满意。
