摘要:
跟骨骨折是临床上常见的骨折之一,大多需要手术治疗,因跟骨形状的不规则,导致其手术复位中存在一定难度,且可能出现术后复位丢失,而载距突在跟骨骨折中很少发生移位,且由于其特殊的解剖结构,可作为跟骨复位重要参考物及骨折固定的重要支撑点,在跟骨骨折的治疗中有重大意义。
