- 【摘要】当今时代创伤原因复杂、多样化，在欧美等发达国家，创伤体系创建时间早，已经从过去单一的以治疗战伤为主，发展成一种多学科、多部门联动的治疗多种创伤的急救体系。本文对美国、德国、加拿大的创伤体系的发展与现状，尤其是院前和院内急救的运行进行综述。
