- 【摘要】创伤性肺囊肿是深部肺裂伤的表现形式之一，胸部CT检查是明确诊断的最理想方法。创伤性肺囊肿好发于儿童或青少年，近年来成年人发生率逐渐增多。大部分创伤性肺囊肿采取非手术治疗可以治愈，并发感染、出血等严重并发症时需采取外科手术治疗。
