摘要:
【摘要】损害控制性外科（DCS）以其简单、快捷的操作，有效地提高患者对手术的耐受能力和生存率，适用范围逐渐扩大。本文主要结合对DCS 理念的理解和临床救治肝损伤患者的实践体会，阐述DCS的理论基础、基本程序，探讨DCS 在肝损伤患者中应用的适应范围，回顾近年来DCS处理肝损伤的新技术、新方法，讨论DCS在肝损伤患者中应用的临床意义。
