摘要:
【摘要】金黄色葡萄球菌是人类社会重要的病原体，可以产生数量庞大且范围广泛的外毒素，从而引起各种症状及疾病。金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素（SEs）是人们通过食用了金葡球菌污染的食品而引起肠胃炎等食物中毒的主要原因。此外，SEs具有强大的非特异性激活T细胞的活力，并且SEs各成员之间具有密切的关系，而且在结构和功能上具有很大的相似性。在临床研究中，金葡液作为以一种由金黄色葡萄球菌代谢产物中提取活性物质而成的生物制剂,具有多种药理作用及广泛的应用。此文，对已知的金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素的功能和结构做一概述，并结合骨科的临床应用进行了探讨。 〖HTH〗【关键词】〖HTSS〗骨科；肠毒素；超抗原
