- 摘要:
- 粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（GMCSF）是一种多功能的造血生长因子，具有促进恢复骨髓造血和增强机体免功能的生物学作用。目前有研究表明GMCSF能加速创面愈合。临床上已经将GMCSF用于慢性创面的治疗,并取得满意的效果。为此，我们对GMCSF在创面愈合中的作用做一综述。
