摘要:
目的探讨血浆中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(neutrophil gelatinaseassociate dlipocalin,NGAL)在创伤合并脓毒症诊断中的意义。方法2007年6月~2010年6月就诊的81例创伤病人。入院当时以及12、24、48小时采血,ELISA法检测血浆NGAL浓度。测定入院时血液白细胞计数。结果21例创伤合并脓毒症患者血浆NGAL水平显著高于无合并脓毒症患者(P<0.05)。以48小时内NGAL峰值绘制ROC曲线,曲线下面积为0.7198(P=0.0011)。入院时血浆NGAL水平与白细胞计数呈正相关。结论血浆NGAL浓度在一定程度上可鉴别患者是否合并脓毒症,可用于临床辅助诊断。
