天然药物作为治疗脓毒症的新选择

- 摘要:
- 脓毒症(sepsis)是由感染因素导致的全身性炎症反应综合征（SIRS），是严重创伤患者的常见并发症，也是导致危重症病人死亡的第一因素。脓毒症目前治疗措施主要为早期使用抗生素和纠正缺血低氧性损害，并经验性使用糖皮质激素、胰岛素及免疫调节剂等，缺乏确切有效的药物。在我国，天然药物治疗脓毒症具有长期和有效的应用历史，在临床得以广泛使用，值得重视。本文现将有关情况介绍如下。
