摘要:
目的 观察弹力粘贴绷带治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年6月福建医科大学附属第一医院创伤外科、足踝外科收治并符合标准的急性踝关节扭伤患者,共36例纳入研究,其中男性21例,女性15例; 年龄16~45岁,平均26.7岁。所有患者接受冰敷、微波等治疗,根据固定方法不同分为成品护具组(应用成品护具固定,17例)和粘贴绷带组(应用粘贴绷带固定,19例)。分别于治疗前、治疗后1、2、4周以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Mazur(1979)踝关节评价分级系统评定短期临床疗效,并进行统计分析。结果 患者在伤后4周内均得到随访。治疗前成品护具组和粘贴绷带组的VAS评分(7.82±0.99 vs.7.76±0.96,t=0.790,P=0.430)、Mazur评分(44.38±6.87 vs.43.78±6.68,t=1.228,P=0.220)比较差异无统计学意义。成品护具组与粘贴绷带组相比,VAS评分在治疗后1周(4.28±0.74 vs.3.85±0.86,t=7.375,P=0.000)、治疗后2周(2.69±0.68 vs.2.35±0.59,t=7.508,P=0.000)均较高,差异有统计学意义,而在治疗后4周(1.17±0.52 vs.1.15±0.50,t=0.683,P=0.495)差异无统计学意义; Mazur评分在治疗后1周(64.46±6.05 vs.69.12±5.09,t=11.500,P=0.000)、治疗后2周(75.95±3.80 vs.80.45±4.18,t=15.674,P=0.000)、治疗后4周(86.27±3.19 vs.90.10±3.20,t=16.557,P=0.000)逐渐增高,同期组间比较,成品护具组均低于粘贴绷带组,差异有统计学意义。结论 应用弹力粘贴绷带治疗急性踝关节扭伤可更早减轻患者疼痛症状,更好改善踝关节功能,获得较好的临床疗效。
