摘要:
创伤后脑积水(PTH)是创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)后严重的并发症,直接影响患者的预后和转归。由于PTH早期临床症状常常与TBI本身症状交织一起,往往难以甄别,需借助辅助检查确定诊断。笔者强调对于PTH要及时发现、及时处置,要依据患者临床特点,采用相应术式,并积极防治术后并发症。除了积极治疗PTH,还要针对TBI采取综合康复治疗,以期取得良好临床疗效。
