摘要:
随着经济和交通行业的快速发展,创伤逐渐成为导致患者死亡和残疾的重要因素,如何发挥多学科优势为严重创伤患者提供最佳的医疗救治和护理服务是一个挑战。护士作为创伤救治小组的角色之一,在创伤救治过程中发挥着重要作用,然而其知识水平及必备的技能非常有限,为其提供充足的培训非常重要。本研究通过对国内外护理人员创伤救治培训的现状进行综述,以期为临床管理者及培训者提供一定的启示和思考。
