摘要:
【摘要】中枢神经系统损伤后再生困难的一个重要原因是因为髓鞘中存在与其相关的神经生长抑制性因子,而PirB蛋白是新发现的这些因子的共同受体。许多研究发现PirB在中枢神经系统中广泛表达,并参与调控神经元发育、生长导向及可塑性等作用,阻抑PirB功能后存在促进中枢神经系统神经再生修复的作用。深入了解PirB的功能可能为神经再生带来新的希望。
